Course details
There have been races around Ballinrobe going way back to the 18th century. The course is a beauty too, a raised oval, enclosed by a ring of undulating peaks and views to Lough Carra. Ballinrobe is big with holidaymakers in the summer, when there are seven evening meetings to attend, but there are both National Hunt and Flat races during a season that runs from May to September.
