Course details
Near the M7, which links Dublin with Cork, the Curragh Racecourse is one of Ireland’s oldest venues and is famed for its flat racing pedigree. Every one of the five Irish Classic races is run at Curragh, as is the second day of the Longines Irish Champions Weekend. But if there’s only one to watch it has to be the Irish Derby in June, when more money changes hands than in any other race.
