Gowran Park
Course details
In the middle of beautiful County Kilkenny, which itself is known for horse-rearing, Gowran Park is loved for its wonderful scenery. There’s something going on at all times of the year at the course, whether on the flat or over jumps. The richest race of all is the Thyestes, the National Hunt handicap chase run in January, which covers three miles and 16 fences, while there are trials for big festivals in February.
