Course details
One of Ireland’s courses that only holds National Hunt races, Thurles has events throughout the year, particularly in the middle of winter and it’s almost unheard of for a race to be cancelled for poor weather here. January and February are the two big months at Thurles, first for the Kinloch Brae Day and then the Michael Purcell Memorial Novice Hurdle, both of which are Grade 2 meetings.
