Set a mile north of this Norfolk seaside town, Great Yarmouth Racecourse was founded more than 200 years ago. There are 18 events at this left-handed course from June to October. A roll-call of famous horses have debuted at Great Yarmouth’s Maiden Races, like Dubai Millennium and Ouija Board. But the most money changes hands for the John Musker Fillies Stakes’, which runs in September and is for fillies and mares aged three years and up.
